Who we are

Channel Indico Supply, S.A. ("Channel Indico") operates this website. Questions about this policy go to info@channel-indico.co.mz.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quotation or contact form: name, company or vessel, email, phone (optional), port, requirement and message. We also record the date and time, the language of the page and, for abuse control, your IP address and browser identifier.

The chat assistant runs in your browser and answers from a fixed script. What you type into it is not sent to us or stored.

How it is stored

This website has no database. Requests are appended to a protected file on our server and forwarded to our operations mailbox. Access is limited to authorised staff.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a quotation and perform the service you ask for. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Cookies

We set two functional cookies: "lang", to remember your language for one year, and "_csrf", a security token that protects the forms and expires when you close the browser. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to info@channel-indico.co.mz.
